1. Nature of Services

Sasto Loan (operated by Trust Bridge Capital Pvt. Ltd.) is a digital financial marketplace and technology platform. Sasto Loan is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed lender. We do not provide credit, issue loans, or make definitive lending decisions. Our platform serves strictly as an intermediary infrastructure designed to simplify, streamline, and facilitate the loan discovery and application process between potential borrowers and licensed Bank and Financial Institutions (BFIs) using technology.

2. Credit Assessment and Lending Decisions

Any credit evaluation, credit scoring, underwriting, and final approval or rejection of a loan application are conducted solely and independently by the respective partner Bank or Financial Institution. Sasto Loan has no control over, nor do we influence, the lending criteria, interest rates, processing fees, or credit assessment methodologies utilized by the participating BFIs.

3. Limitation of Liability

Sasto Loan acts purely as a facilitator. We shall not be held liable or responsible for:

• The approval, rejection, or terms of any financial product or credit deal offered to you by a BFI.
• Any disputes, misunderstandings, or breaches arising from the actual credit agreement or contractual relationship between you and the lending institution.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the credit assessments made by partner BFIs.
• Any financial loss, damages, or consequences resulting from your reliance on the platform or the financial products listed herein.

4. User Responsibility

Borrowers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read, understand, and evaluate the terms and conditions, interest structures, and legal obligations of any loan agreement directly provided by the BFI before signing. All final financial commitments are strictly between the borrower and the respective financial institution.
